Followings are the account details for BANK OF BARODA and ICICI Bank.
You can directly make the payment according to your question / points you want to discuss in the Bank of Baroda or ICICI Bank nearer to you through cheque. Otherwise you also can transfer the necessary consulting fees / payment through NEFT from you bank accounts. The necessary NEFT Code Number for both the banks is also given above in the bank details table for transferring the respective consulting fees amount. If you want to transfer / make the consultancy fees other than India then Code Number will be IFSC instead of NEFT.
After transferring or making the consultancy charges payment, you shall inform me the details of payment through phone or email so that the time for discussion can be decided. You are also requested to please fill up the “Prashna Kundli” Form (which is given in my website) in all respect along with all the details and Horoscope, as given below, for the person’s for whom you want to discuss like Name of Person, Date of Birth, Month, Year, Correct time of Birth & Place, City, State and country. You are also requested to please give serial number (1….2…..3….5) of each question. Pleas write your question in Hindi language only. For Match Making Horoscope, you may please fill up the “Match Making” Horoscope Form (which is given in my website) and then send to me. For Hand Written Phalades (Statement of Future), you may please fill up the “Janmag Patrika” Form and send to me (which is given in my website). Please inform the model number of book without fail and then you can send the above details through email ( astrologer_voriya@yahoo.com/prabhurajyguru@gmail.com ) or by SMS to Cell No.094266 33096 / 094272 36337.
Note:
The time for appointment / discussion will be given only after getting the necessary consultancy payment charges. Normally the time for consultation / appointment is decided within 2 to 5 days after getting the necessary payment. Answer can be given through email also. The “Janmag Patrika” can be given within 2 to 5 months through V.P.Post.

आप अपने नजदीक की BANK OF BARODA या ICICI बैंक शाखा में जाकर अपनी पेय राशि का भुगतान उपर दिए गए बैंक खातों में से किसी एक में चैक के द्वारा कर सकते हैं अथवा अपने बैंक खाते से यह राशि उपर दिए गए बैंक खातों में से किसी एक में NEFT ट्रांसफर के माध्यम से कर सकते हैं। इस ट्रांसफर के लिए आवश्यक NEFT कोड दोनों खातों के विवरण में दिया हुआ है। अगर आप यह ट्रांसफर भारत से बाहर किसी देश से करना चाहते हैं तो इस कोड का नाम NEFT कोड की बजाए IFSC कोड होगा।
